A Pakistan flood relief fund has been created by the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee and the Unitarian Universalist Association.

Flooding in Pakistan has affected more than 17 million people. Two of UUSC’s partner organizations, Bedari and Barakat, are assisting Pakistanis. Bedari is focusing on helping women and children, and Barakat is working to help families who have sought refuge in Attock, Pakistan. The UUSC-UUA Joint Pakistan Flood Relief Fund will support the work of these organizations. Flooding has destroyed 1.2 million homes and millions of acres of crops.
