Stephanie Kaza is professor emerita of environmental studies at the University of Vermont and the author or editor of several books on Buddhist environmentalism. A graduate of Starr King School for the Ministry and member of First Unitarian Church of Portland, Oregon, Kaza is the author of Green Buddhism: Practice and Compassionate Action in Uncertain Times (Shambhala Publications).
