Members of Westminster Unitarian Church in East Greenwich, Rhode Island, joined a vigil in Providence to show support for Muslims, including refugees and immigrants. The Rev. UUs in United States connect with Paris Climate Conference
Unitarian Universalists in Hood River, Oregon, participated in a vigil for climate change that was timed to correspond with the beginning of climate talks at the 21st Session of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), known as COP21. The Rev. Judy Zimmerman of the Mid-Columbia UU Fellowship led the interfaith gathering in prayer. (Hood River News – 12.8.15)
